Process
We facilitate resolution within the fields of Employment disputes, Consumer redressal, and Commercial disputes. Employment disputes include non-payment of salary and dues, wrongful termination of employment, workplace discrimination, and breach of employment terms. Consumer redressal involves claims against deficiency of services, defective goods, and product liability. Commercial disputes are disputes arising out of commercial transactions as covered under Section 2(c) of Commercial Courts Act, 2015.
Legal
Yes, the resolution arrived at, and the settlement agreement, have the sanctity of law under the Mediation Act, 2023, and are enforceable by the appropriate court of law in India.
