Your information is used to: facilitate the dispute resolution process, communicate with parties involved in a claim, process payments, assign mediators, schedule mediation sessions, and improve our Platform.

3. Data Sharing

We share relevant claim information with the other party to the dispute and the assigned mediator. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Payment information is processed securely through Razorpay and we do not store your card details.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure authentication (JWT), and access controls to protect your data. Documents are stored securely on Cloudinary with access controls.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations. Claim data is retained for a minimum of 3 years as per Indian legal requirements.

6. Your Rights
