1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the iResolve.legal platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

iResolve.legal provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform that connects claimants, respondents, and qualified mediators to facilitate the resolution of disputes through mediation. The Platform supports employment, consumer, civil, commercial, and labour disputes under Indian law.

3. User Accounts

You must register for an account to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Fees and Payments

A non-refundable filing fee of ₹1,999 (INR) is required to submit a claim. Additionally, both the claimant and respondent are required to pay a session fee of ₹1,999 (INR) per party for each mediation session. Meeting links are activated only after both parties have paid. All payments are processed through Razorpay.

5. Mediation Process

The Platform facilitates mediation but does not provide legal advice. Mediators assigned through the Platform are independent professionals. The outcome of mediation is not legally binding unless parties enter into a separate settlement agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

iResolve.legal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or the outcome of any mediation conducted through it.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
